Das Landgericht Köln, das die rituelle Vorhautbeschneidung als illegitime Körperverletzung wertete und damit eine breite Debatte auslöste, griff in seiner Urteilsbegründung auf die Argumente des Passauer Strafrechtsprofessors Holm Putzke zurück.
