Bibi Steffen-Binot, former entrepeneur

Bibi Binot was born in 1942 in Reudnitz/Vogtland. After her apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant, she worked from 1963-66 as management secretary in a large gastronomic company and then as editorial secretary in a Cologne publishing house ("Neue Illustrierte"). From the end of the 60s, she and her husband managed a company in the electrical industry (Binot Steuerungstechnik GmbH).

Welker, Frank

Political scientist (M. Sc.), MIZ editor, web editor

Frank Welker was born in 1975 in Saarbrücken. After graduating from high school he first completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesman and subsequently studied political science, German language, and sociology. From 2007 to 2016 he worked for Alibri Verlag. From 2007 to 2008 he was a sociology lecturer at the University of Trier.
